1. A completed order form and applicable release forms are required prior to processing any order (this includes the seller authorization form). Once processing has begun, there is a $15.00 cancellation fee for a flyer order, a $15.00 cancellation fee for a postcard order, and a $25.00 cancellation fee for a digital photo shoot, in addition to any fee for original layout design fees.

2. The agent will be e-mailed one complimentary proof of each item per order. Any further proofs will be given upon the request of the agent for the price $2.50 per proof, regardless of form or transmission. The complimentary proof provides for a few minor corrections; major or excessive changes will incur additional design fees.

3. All orders are kept on file for six months, providing for re-orders of a flyer or postcard. The agent is provided with a complimentary price change on any reorder, but additional changes will incur additional design fees (based on the circumstances and conditions).

4. Special projects or designs will be priced separately and individually. BearPrinting.com reserves the right to require a deposit for any special project. Rush orders, whether they be standard services or special projects, will have an additional minimum $25.00 fee, determined by BearPrinting.com (based on the circumstances and conditions).

5. While BearPrinting.com has many real estate agency logos on file, it is the responsibility of the agent using BearPrinting.com to insure that a current copy of their agency logo is on file, and if necessary, provide BearPrinting.com with the proper logo.

6. Any shipping will be sent through USPS or UPS, at the discretion of BearPrinting.com.

7. Due to variances in the printing process (temperature, humidity, etc.), color consistency may vary slightly.

8. Checks and money orders should be made payable to BearPrinting.com. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, and may be in the form of cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Returned checks (nsf) will be charged a $25.00 fee. All overdue balances are subject to a 21.6% apr, with a $10.00 minimum monthly finance charge. A monthly statement which reflects this charge will be sent for a period of four months, after which the account will be turned over to a collections agency for further action.

9. BearPrinting.com and its agents reserve legal rights to use digital photographs produced by BearPrinting.com for marketing purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction of digital photographs, flyers, postcards, or their layouts is in violation of copyright laws. BearPrinting.com and its affiliates reserves the right to use any and all artwork, photos and files given to BearPrinting.com for use in marketing purposes.
